This lavish cookbook includes beautiful photographs and illustrated charts. It has helpful information displayed in lush pictures. <\/p>\n

The author, Fran\u00e7ois-R\u00e9gis Gaudry, has previously published Let’s Eat France!<\/a>, a French-focused cookbook. French cuisine is historically far more formal than Italian cuisine, making it easier to create a definitive text. However, the extensive use of charts, photos, and visual aids help contain the Italian cuisine. <\/p>\n

Obviously trusting a Frenchman to document Italian food presents certain problems of bias. However, he is a journaliste at L\u2019Express<\/em>. On the other hand, he is the host of Tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s bon<\/em> on French television. <\/p>\n
